Dry Sink Gets A Makeover: Part 2

A Work in Progress.

Here is the dry sink with the first coat of chalk paint:

Not so pretty, I know. The streaks and paint strokes I'm fine with, I am sure they will disapear with the second coat of paint. I'm a little nervous about the color. Not exacly the shade of blue I want.

I followed a blog tutorial for making a Tiffany blue color with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint that called for:

6 parts Pure White

2 parts Florence

1 part Provence

It is looking a little too baby blue. Yuck! I'm adding more Florence to coat #2. I will follow up the the progress in the next post.
