This is has quickly become my new favorite breakfast:
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup water
juice from one lemon
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
Blend in a vitamix or blender.
It definitely wakes you up, that's for sure! The lemon is great for detoxing in the AM and the ACV is great for inflamation and energy. It's great for on the go, or for when you are way to busy for making a healthy breakfast every. single. morning.
